There is nothing greater than the arrival of fall with all of its amazing opportunity to come up with a brand new routine. Typically, when fall starts I need a new morning routine to get me through the wonder that is school. For those of you who don’t know, I am currently in my third year in college so my mornings need all of the help it they can get. And by that you know what I mean:, coffee. There is nothing more staple in a college student’s life than coffee. Nothing comes before coffee for a college student. And which one is my preferred choice of coffee? McCafé duh.


Of course there are different tips and tricks to make your morning routine better but before all of that let’s talk about a key trick: McCafé.

I am so excited to share that McCafé has released a new Espresso Menu that is so good and just right for mornings—it’s incredible! And I mean come on, you can currently purchase a small McCafé for only $2*

Two of my current favorites from the McCafe Espresso Menu  are definitely the Iced Mocha and the Pumpkin Spice Latte**. Yes to all of my fall lovers, McCafé is now serving the famed Pumpkin Spice Latte all the way through October. And yes, it is delicious.

So there you have it folks, a coffee line that is not only affordable and delicious, but with their new cups they are absolutely perfect for pictures. Let’s be honest it is not fall without a coffee pic here and there.

Now that we have established how great the McCafé tastes and you are currently sipping your cup while reading this, let’s get onto my list of tips for a great school morning.



1. Get a good night’s sleep the night before

2. Set an alarm before you actually have to wake up. (social media time duhh)

3. Pack your backpack necessities the night before

4. Plan your outfit ahead of time

5. Drink water as soon as you wake up

6. Have a good and balanced breakfast

7. Meditate (even if its only 10 minutes)

8. Take some time to sit down and comb through your social media (whilst sipping your McCafé)

9. Refill your McCafé for the rest of the day

10. Think positive thoughts for the rest of your day.
I am a firm believer in the Law of Attraction that states you get what you put out in the world. So make sure you wake up with positive thoughts to get your day going great!


And those are the tips I have for you school routine! All of these tips are stuff that I have personally tried and know work for me but go ahead and pick and choose the right ones for you.
